HARITSONS GROUP was established in 1976 under the Chairmanship of (Late) Mr. R. N. Haritwal, Barrister at Law, Calcutta High Court. Since then the group has grown manifold and in various business activities. Presently the Group directors are Mr. Vijay Haritwal, Chairman, Mr. Vinod Haritwal, Vice Chairman, Mr. Vikas Haritwal, Managing Director and Mr. Abhishek Haritwal, Managing Director.

MINING:
Iron Ore mining: Badampahar, Odisha, running one of the oldest iron ore mines. Currently producing about 50,000 metric tons of Iron ore per month, with Mr. Vijay looking after the operations. Gemstone mining: Mr. Vinod has been involved in the mining of Emeralds, Rubies, Garnets and other precious stones in Odisha in India and Zambia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique and Madagascar in Southern Africa. Other Minerals: HARITSONS are also involved in mining and processing of other minerals such as Diatomaceous Earth, Bentonite, Multani Mitti, etc.
JEWELLERY:
The HARITSONS Group has a large state of the art jewellery and artifacts factory at Jaipur (Rajasthan), giving direct and indirect employment to hundreds of artisans who work under the team of designers headed by Mr. Vikas and Mr. Abhishek, both winners of many awards. Its iconic flagship store is at Khan Market, New Delhi.

MINERAL PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY:
HARITSONS group has been the pioneer in specialized equipment and technology for mining and separation of Diamond, Emerald, Ruby, Garnet, and other gemstones and precious minerals. HARITSONS have also developed many specialized processing systems and uses of many other minerals such as Diatomaceous Earth, Bentonite, Multani Mitti, etc.
ORGANIC FARMING and FARMING ADDITIVES:
HARITSONS have a research farm where a lot of experimental organic farming is being done with new technology and new products, with good results. HARITSONS have also developed farming aids for the increase in farm output.
THERMAL RESISTANT MATERIAL:
HARITSONS have developed new material for reducing heat in the house and thus reducing the use of air conditioners and reduction in power consumption.
